Sales Manager

This position will work closely with ownership and the Brewing and Operations Directors to maintain and grow our market presence across 8 states. Experience, the ability to analyze complex sales data, and a personable, friendly attitude are all essential to the job. Benefits: • Competitive salary commensurate with experience • Weekly pay periods • Health, Dental, Vision, Accident, and Life insurance • Retirement Savings Program • Employee discounts at all Edmund’s Oast businesses Responsibilities: Formulating and enacting sales growth strategies across all markets, with ownership input • Assisting with market visits as available/need be • Communicating with all beer buyers on regular basis • Developing and implementing sales incentives • Managing pricing and objectives for all distribution partners • Providing product pipeline and NIF info to sales reps/distributors Managing chain placements • Add/Delete monitoring • Building out distributor call points in VIP • Generating presentation decks for Spring & Fall reset meetings • Acting as a liaison with Category Managers Managing a Sales Team • Assigning and measuring targets • Determining market/route strategy Tracking and managing sales data across all markets • Collating data to present at weekly ownership meetings • Managing state government label approvals • Managing brand portfolio data via VIP Item Catalog Requirements: • A minimum 5 years’ professional experience in the craft beer or beverage industry • Experience utilizing VIP iDIG reporting tools and/or KARMA CRM tools • Sales and Management experience preferred • Understanding of TTB and state labeling regulations preferred
