Warehouse Coordinator

This role is a key position that touches upon our entire operations and facilities, with broad opportunities to work with a diverse and talented team as we grow the brand and continue to develop a dynamic beer experience. Finback is a growing brewery with a passion to make creative beers and unique meaningful experiences. With production and taproom locations in Queens and Brooklyn, Finback is rooted in NYC while also expanding it's presence regionally and further afield. Finback recently acquired a farm property in upstate New York where it will focus on farm to glass production and creating a unique craft beer agricultural experience. Candidates should be excellent communicators, natural leaders with nurturing tendencies and meticulous inquisitiveness. JOB DESCRIPTION - Oversee facilities operations and inventory management - Receiving and shipping - Warehouse organization and upkeep - Able to clearly communicate and work with production and sales teams to manage inventory - Coordinate delivery team and self-distribution operations - Driving and deliveries on occasion (clean NY driving license required) - Previous warehouse experience, brewery, delivery or similar experience a plus IDEAL CANDIDATE We are appreciative and proud of our team, a positive and diverse small group that works well together.
