Brewery Assistant

Finback is seeking a Brewery Assistant to assist in all cellar, packaging and brewing operations. This role is a dynamic position to work with multiple aspects of the brewing process from wort production through packaging to gain a broad base knowledge across our operations. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of commercial brewery experience, but most importantly an eagerness to learn and meticulous dedication to high quality brewing.

JOB DESCRIPTION - Work with production team in all aspects of brewery production - CIP tanks, cleaning and maintaining an orderly production space - Harvesting and pitching yeast, dry-hopping and cellar operations - Transfers, operating a Centrifuge and carbonating beer - Assisting in packaging operations - Operate Wild Goose Filler - Keg washing and filling operations - Cleaning and maintaining an orderly production space IDEAL CANDIDATE We are appreciative and proud of our team, a positive and diverse small group that works well together.
