Isle Brewers, one of the country's top 50 production breweries, is hiring in all areas of manufacturing.
We are seeking experienced Brewers and Cellar Technicians, and Packaging professionals
Brewer: Innovate on our 7 barrel Alpha Brewing System, our 10 barrel SS Brewtech system, and brew on our 100 barrel JV Northwest automated brewhouse.
Cellar tech: Work with our GEA Centrifuge, 4 yeast brinks, three 100 barrel, one 200 barrel, and thirteen 300 barrel fermenters. Count cells, pitch yeast, dry hop, manage fermentations.
Packaging Team Lead: Ska Depal, Comac 24/4 filler(250 cpm) Mumm applicator, PakTech , and Switchback Cartoner, Top Tier Palletizer (no case stacking!), dual Lambrechts Keg washer/fillers.
