Sales Director

Reuben's Brews is looking for an experienced Sales Director with an unrelenting passion for driving growth in the Craft Beer industry. We’re looking for someone with deep industry experience who takes a data-driven approach to growing brands and is interested in leading a best-in-class sales team at Reuben’s Brews.

The applicant who joins our team will be responsible for driving sales strategy and performance across Reuben’s Brews’ footprint in partnership with our distributors and highest volume retail customers, on and off premise. This role is responsible for the following: • Leadership, Management, and Accountability of sales team • Wholesale sales performance across WA, OR, ID, and CO • Business development in coordination with distributors and top retail customers, on and off premise • Forecasting, sales performance analysis, and sales & pricing strategy • Build industry-leading sales processes The successful candidate will have: • 8+ years of experience in the craft beer industry, chain experience preferred • Action-oriented with ability to think strategically under pressure and guide others to do the same • Comfortable saying “no” or pushing back - always with a respectful approach and data-driven rationale • Customer service mindset to understand and address buyer and distributor needs • Comfortable leveraging sales tools (Nielsen, IRI, VIP) to provide direction on sales opportunities, market trends, and innovation • Ability to juggle competing priorities through outstanding time management skills Details: • Must be over 21 • This position is in-person • Salary from $90k plus bonus depending on experience
