Marketing Associate

This public facing role works under the Brand Activation Lead, working various festivals and events such as Deep Woods release parties, Chicago Fire tailgates, and beer fests! Communication is incredibly important in the Marketing Associate role - you’ll work with the Communications team to create storytelling content, engage the public, and hype up the event! Your attention to detail and organization are essential to successfully coordinate with the Sales team and event managers so it’s a fun and engaging experience for everyone. You’ll also share event info with your fellow RevCrew so they can come out and support your activations. At the events you’ll act as Rev’s ambassador, setting up the tent/tables and beers, talk to guests about Rev and the event, and then tear down and clean up afterwards. Finally, your event recaps afterwards will help with future sponsorship and partnership renewals. You’ll be qualified for the role because you have: • flexible hours - evenings and weekends are required, with weeks commonly being Tuesday-Saturday or 2 days off during the week if an event was all weekend long. • 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing role, with event management and project coordination under your belt. • a valid driver’s license and reliable car, with the ability to travel independently. • a Bachelor’s degree in a marketing or communications type major or an equivalent combination of education/experience. • extraordinary organization skills coupled with excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. • the ability to lift 35-pound cases, as well as maneuver and place 168-lb kegs.
