Field Marketing Representative

Two Roads Brewing is looking for a dedicated Field Marketing Manager to oversee the execution of field marketing programs in the Northeast with a primary emphasis on Connecticut.

The FMR will seek out field marketing opportunities and then manage the execution of each. This position works cross-functionally with marketing, local sales teams, retailers, and distributors to ensure that events are executed flawlessly. The FMR will also provide data-based post-activity reports to management. This position reports to the Brand Manager. Job Duties & Responsibilities • Connect our portfolio of brands to the right venues and consumers to build authenticity, credibility, and loyalty. • Assist in the planning & execution of samplings at sponsored events, on & off premise accounts, festivals, etc. to build brand awareness and gain consumer trial. · Leverage brand assets such as branded promotional vehicles to drive brand activation at key events across the marketplace. • Report bi-weekly to marketing & sales teams on insights of local market, wins/losses and opportunities to further grow brands in the local market. • Create ways to drive awareness of Two Roads brands that drive buzz and influence. • Assist in the activation of Two Roads’ on-campus events and festivals. • Direct oversight of TRB BrewCrew members • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Must be 21 years of age or older • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred • Extensive travel in the market with occasional overnights (up to 25%) • Willingness to work nights and weekends • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to lift up to 25lbs for event setup/breakdown • Willingness to learn to drive the TRB fleet • Field marketing or events experience is a plus Skills, Abilities, and Personal Characteristics • Craft beer enthusiast • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results • Self-driven, organized and willing to wear a lot of hats • Strong communication skills and ability to conduct activities with large groups of people • Ability and willingness to accept feedback and grow from it • Organized and task-oriented approach to administrative work • Creative approach to events and consumer-facing events
