This role combines the daily, weekly and monthly coordination of all beer production with managing the brewery team, brewery equipment, and all aspects tied to running a brewery and barrel aging facility – from start to finish.

Top candidates will have extensive understanding of beverage manufacturing and managing a team that executes all aspects of brewing operations, from selecting ingredients to delivering a finished product. • You'll have 3-5 years working for a beer wholesaler or supplier within the Illinois 3-tier market, with a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Social Media Manager is responsible for bringing the iconic Brooklyn Brewery brand to life in line with the marketing vision and strategy across all social channels in a way that excites and engages existing and new consumers.

The Cellar Worker is also responsible for monitoring the fermentation of beer, the cooling of fermenting and conditioning beer, and carbonating beer to the correct level. The Cellar Worker also cleans and sanitizes product lines and other equipment as well as the general working environment in the cellar. Cleaning duties will include floors, outsides of tanks, parts, floor drains, filtration / centrifuge equipment, racks and containers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

- Operate cellar equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the Cellar and related areas
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately, legibly, and on time
- Maintain quality parameters, documenting and notifying supervisor of all exceptions
- Communicate all maintenance related issues to supervisor
- Perform all tasks in accordance with Rogue SOPs and Safety Protocols
- Monitor gravities, temperatures, and carbonations daily


Minimum Qualifications: 

- High School Diploma, GED (or equivalent, reading, writing, reasoning and computer skills)
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in cellaring or brewing in a production brewery is required, 3+ years preferred. 
- Fork lift certification a plus (not required)
